The Women’s Equality Network (WEN) Wales in partnership with Aberystwyth University is hosting a conference to celebrate International Women’s Day 2017.

Dr Dawn Mannay, Our Changing Land: Gender, Class and Identity in Contemporary Wales

Professor Jackie Jones, Wales Assembly of Women, ‘An International Bill of Rights for Women:  The UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)’

National Library of Wales, Top 50 Welsh Women’s Archives at the National Library

‘Creating an Equal Future’, a panel Discussion with local women and girl’s rights activists Chaired by Helen Mary Jones, Chief Executive of Youth Cymru 

A networking lunch will be provided.
