Women Making a Difference train diverse women living in Wales and this has inspired us to take our learning across the world, opening doors for women in other countries.

Building on our relationship with the British Council, we have sent women from our programme to learn and share ideas and concepts with women in countries including Jordan, Egypt, India, Burma and Sudan.

As well as travelling overseas, Women Making a Difference have welcomed plenty of visitors here to Wales to learn more about our project and how to engage women in public and political life. In 2012 we hosted a delegation of female leaders from Libya, who were looking to take up a public appointment in their newly established democracy.

Our international goal is to run 'train the trainer' sessions to take the message and learning of the project to women in all areas of the globe. If you are experienced in global fundraising and would like to help us achieve this aim, please get in touch.
