Home-Start Cardiff East is a charity that recruits and trains volunteers to visit families in their own homes, offering friendship, support and practical help.

They are looking for candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds and welcome applications from all sections of the community.

In particular they are seeking to recruit Trustees with experience or qualifications in the following areas:
• Financial Management • Fundraising • Legal Matters • PR and media skills • HR Experience • Employment Law • Strategic Planning • Networking with policymakers at local and national level.

The role is voluntary although Trustees' out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed. Details about the charity can be found on the website.
