Women are the hearts of our communities, and in empowering them to make a difference we are creating valuable and valued contributions to society.

Working from a small office we don’t have much capacity to host volunteers in the building; however we are looking for WMAD Ambassadors, click here to find out more.

If you are looking to build your skills and give something back to the community why not put yourself forward for a public appointment? Visit our public appointments page to find out what positions are currently available.

You can also view volunteering roles in other third sector organisations here.

Women Making a Difference is a grant funded project, offering a training and development programme to women across Wales which is not only free of charge, but also supports them in the barriers they face to participating in training and development.

By donating to the project you will help this valuable work to continue, enabling more diverse women to participate in all levels of public and political life – as School Governors, Councillors, Charity Trustees and a range of other decision-making roles.
