FREE Courses starting this autumn!

Women for a Change & Women in Community Leadership
Starting in mid-September, our free Women for a Change course successfully develops women's confidence and ability to get their voices heard in the community. The focus is on the benefits of getting involved in community activity, sustainable community development, communication and confidence skills and decision-making.
Starting in late October, our Women in Community Leadership course explores in more depth the opportunities open to women in public and political life and within leadership roles in their community. The focus is on preparing to take up decision-making roles and participants will plan and deliver a social action project. We are pleased to announce that for the first time this course will include the British Council Active Citizens scheme.
Successful participants will receive Agored Cymru accreditation.
Free crèche spaces are available but spaces are limited & prior booking is required.
Where?
We will run courses in Cardiff, Swansea and the South Wales Valleys.
When?
Courses usually run for a day, between 9.30 am and 2.30pm, over six weeks. We hope to run one Women in Community Leadership course on a Saturday (in Cardiff only) or perhaps an evening.
